When I teach I remain open to hear new lessons. The best teachers are the ones constantly learning and expanding their awareness. I am grateful to my teachers. ο»Ώ

Feeling Sickly? Try these poses
This sequence starts laying down, yay.
From there, hip openers, where stress and tension like to gather.
Then forward bends, for some quiet, inward-drawn attention.
Finishing with some rejuvenating inversions that reverse blood flow and open the neck and shoulders. (Sometimes relieving sinus congestion, although too much can aggravate the sinuses, So listen to your body.)
Yoga for Law hopes you enjoy.
Happy Holidays!
Thanks to Jason Crandell for the photo.

This note is for you
A friends heart shared to all. Thank you Jen. Sending a big hug. I'm sure whatever is happening, it will all work out for the best. I'll share with you words from Anand when I was struggling with..."Challenges are inevitable, Suffering is optional!" We cannot control what happens in our life but we CAN control the thoughts that follow.

Five experiments & over 700 participants, there was an outstanding degree of accuracy between where people said they felt a certain emotion on their body and where that emotion showed up on their body using topography.

Just a couple more days
My room is now a poster board for prepping for law school finals. Subject outline with no rules. My brain feels like mush, my pineal gland is pulsing and my body is feeling tired. My ego is saying "stay awake do more". I'm listening to my heart and getting some shut eye. :-)
